Minecraft iron farm not working.

For context, there's two iron farms. The closest beds are 90 blocks away. The villagers are getting into the beds at night for a split second. The first farm built is working but the second is not. The farms are the same design. Are they too close? I believed the minimum distance was 64 blocks away. Also 1.17 if that makes a differenceFirst make sure it's far enough from your village, second make sure the villagers can see the zombie, thirdly ensure the golems aren't spawning in a nearby cave. 2. It's because of Optifine, go to Options ==> Video Settings ==> Performance ==> Smooth World, and turn it off. I assume this is in single player. Turn off both Lazy Chunk Loading and Smooth World in OptiFine's Performance Video Settings. i tried it and it worked, thank you guys. That won't be a problem. Golems can spawn in a 16x16x6 area around the Center of the Village. This farm design completely encompasses that area with the spawning floors that are 18x18 internal blocks. It can be an issue with smaller (10x10 spawn floor) designs though. All right, I didn't realize that. You are right.

The whole farm is right in the middle of a real village, all the villagers are now on the farm and not at the surface. My spawning area for the golems is 16x16 and is covered at the top. The space between the doors and the wall has a direct skylight all around.
