Dec 4, 2020 · We went though all the cable card diag screens and it was syncing and authorized and the signal was strong. Restarting gets it to work for a while and then it's back to V58 Error Code. One of the troubleshooting tips was to remove and reseat the cable card. Holy mother that thing was HOT. Try disconnecting the power cable, CableCARD, and the coax cable from the DVR for 10 seconds. Check if there are physical damages on TiVo CableCARD slot and the CableCARD. Ensure your CableCARD, CableCARD cables, and coax cables are securely connected to the DVRs, splitters, and the wall.
