When I am playing, every 5/10 minutes, the frame count and the frame time randomly go from 23ms to 150 at the same time. The frame rate drops from 40fps to 9 or 8. TOTK Steam Deck best settings *UPDATE*. For future readers, 3.5 is a significant and massive performance boost. SMT is broken in os 3.4, and that's been confirmed by both valve AND amd, it's also confirmed it specifically hits emulators the hardest. Op is right though in saying it's at your own risk.
