Jagex are working hard to shore up numbers for this game, and I applaud the effort and genuinely hope that numbers can be improved in the long term. But it does seem somewhat self defeating to put in all this effort on the one hand while allowing substandard infrastructure (or whatever the cause actually is) to drive away players on the other.
