Having 2 onboard probes and seeing live temp readouts is very very nice. The gas side heats up quick and to high temps. Heavy construction of the barrels is a testament to the good build quality. It cooks very well and the temps don't swing too wildly. I like grilling on the pellet side when I want some smoke flavor to my grilled stuff.
