Hey guys! So I just picked up my Grom and I’m loving every second of it. Just a quick question, is it normal during break in for the Grom to have trouble getting past 50mph? not too bad on the old grom though. i have my rebound adjuster mounted at the bottom and it's reasonable easy to get to, that being said my piggyback makes mounting the other way impossible. give the shock at least 10 hours use before commenting on it, as with anything like this there is a break in period before it performs how intended.

Does the '17+ model Grom have a much different maintenance schedule than the previous generation Grom? I've seen this maintenance schedule posted in a few forums and it is much different than mine. Mine (2018 model) doesn't ask for a valve clearance check until 4,000 miles, whereas this one says to inspect at 600 miles.

I had fun but didn't red line it everywhere. It's got a chimera intake, kitaco clutch cover, and takagawa oil pump. Had all that since 500miles.
