My '90 RV Onan has been in storeage for several years. Model # 6.5NHEFA26100E, s/n J890274012. It would not start. Determined old fuel had congealed in carb bowl and main fuel jet assembly. Cleaned the carb and lost the main jet initial setting of turns. Used 1 3/4 initially and that got it started.Turning the screw “OUT” will make the fuel mixture leaner. The Idle Mixture Adjustment Screw is adjusted correctly with an exhaust gas analyzer. Mixture should be adjusted to .50% - .90% CO (Carbon Monoxide).
