Today I replaced my old dumb thermostat with an Ecobee 3 Lite. Prior to today everything worked as it should. After install heat works and turns the furnace on but when I set to cool it just seems to turn the HVAC fan on, the condenser of the A/C unit doesn’t seem to turn on as the fan outside doesn’t start up.
