Wrong. Vengeance oath can be broken multiple times in every act. I will list a few oath breaking points that i've found so far. The fastest way to break it is to kill 2 tieflings that captured Lae'zel before you reach the grove. You can also break your oath again by unlocking / destroying a goblin cage in the grove.
