Yes, I agree it is confusing, but on Travel Talk on Line, St Martin, the residents state that it is for all of North America, and there will be no quarantine, they are not happy as they do not have the facilities to accomodate sick people.

Arrivals, while working well, will be improved shortly to accommodate additional volume with the addition of a larger arrival Pavillion. Anguilla is overwhelmingly the better of the two locations but it's fun to explore new places and try new things. We stayed in SXM for the last days of our vacation and I don't regret it. 1. Re: ATM location in SXM and SBH airports. There are two ATMs on the complex opposite the airport on St St Barths, that is where I get my Euros. SXM is in the Dutch side of St Maarten and as far as I can remember the ATMs distribute USD and NAFs, apart from one between the arrivals and departure areas which also give the options to get Euros.
