Armor rating, movement speed, stamina cost, weight, noise, etc. One isn't better than the other by the late game, but before you have the right perks light armor is definitely better, especially if you're sprinting everywhere and hoarding everything ike me. I think you should go for heavy armor.After all,it's a warrior character.
