Thanks so much. Yes what state do you live in, a lot of the laws and regulations when it comes to tip pools comes down to state laws. The owner is the only one who manages the tip pool and no one has a breakdown of how it works. Anyone who has asked has gotten fired or forced to quit shortly thereafter.

The pandemic has definitely made me get a little more satisfaction out of my job by being able to tell people no about certain things. Like for example we're still and have been the entire time we've reopened since the pandemic, been unable to seat tables of more than six people, six is the absolute limit.
