Had a Caspa mattress for the 100 day trial. Sent it back due to making me uncontrollably sweat in the night. I believe all memory foam mattress suffer with heat dissipation. We bought it, and after 30 days we wanted to return it as I was having serious back pain every morning (too soft).

The mattress protector makes the mattress feel like a board. This is a huge issue and i don't know why purple doesn't make a bigger deal out of it- you HAVE to use extremely stretchy sheets. I will say purples sheets are incredible but just get super stretchy 4 way stretch jersey sheets and see if that makes a difference. Purple has huge durability issues, and tempur has switched to a cheaper foam apparently. The good news with Tempur is that their warranty is pretty much the best out there, but their support foam is a lower density than you'd want for good longevity. The new cheaper foam process is also not a great development. A 100% air mattress just cannot perform to nearly the level of memory foam, poly foam, pocketed foam, latex, or hybrids. Adaptive Mattress With Air Controls - some mattress brands utilize air pockets to increase / decrease firmness and support.
