If the tread is running at 10A plus it makes sense for them to say that you need a dedicated circuit. However, if you have a couple outlets on a circuit and nothing else is plugged in or on you would be fine. An AC could cause problems on the same circuit though.I used to do Peloton Tread on my old treadmill Trail Runner (now donated as it was still going strong to make room for the actual Tread.) My setup was a good TV with Apple TV (which has the Peloton app), Bose sport Bluetooth earphones for primo sound, and an approximation of output by turning on Indoor Running on my Apple Watch. They then referenced Peloton is telling people 6-8 weeks to close the sale, and its causing problems when people like me get quoted 2X times longer. I wasn't upset with the shipping company, its not their fault, but pretty shady by Peloton. Pretty shady sales tactic by Peloton. There's no way the rep didnt know the delivery time was 4+ months.

If you open your device settings on the tablet there should be an option for In-Home Set-Up or just flat out a button for calibration. The Tread+, when it’s available again, will be larger, heavier, have a larger screen, and cost more. As for the sides, You can put the tread right next to the wall, however I recommend 6-8 inches minimum for smooth walls and at least 12" from Cinder-block walls.
