I'm having the same issue on Xbox series X. Simmed first 4 seasons and then I played a playoff game in the 5 season and after I completed the game it kicked me back to the Xbox menu. Once I loaded Madden 23 again and clicked on my offline franchise file it's gone both my manual save and the auto save. All that time wasted and it sucks
