Jack Fiorella, the eldest son, worked with his father until 1974 when he decided to branch off and start Fiorella's Jack Stack of Martin City.He recommended the Kansas City Combo with a choice of two meats. The choices - Chicken (white or dark), pork ribs, sliced meat (any type), burnt ends - beef, sausage, lamb ribs, beef ribs. I went with lamb and sliced beef, together with a side of beans and au gratin potatoes.
