I just respecced for an arcane build with eleonora’s poleblade (2H) (wretch) (RL 150): 50 vig 25 end 25 mind 17 dex 12 strength. Lord of blood’s exaltation, rotten wing sword insignia, shard of Alexander, prosthesis wearer’s heirloom (COUGH Millicent’s prosthesis COUGH). Thorny cracked tear/winged crystal tear. Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.

Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant.
