Any of the anti-diabetes drugs (ozempic, mounjaro) don't require PA on my plan but the anti-obesity drugs like wegovy do require them. This is correct. I work in pharma and healthcare and can confirm. I have anthem and Mounjaro is not covered at all yet - but will be with prior Auth next plan year.
