Scanner setup is the easiest to win and should easily break through some people's notion that standards are written in stone. Then attack 86 PPM. Each and every time we have have a manual count, the PO has taken more and more away from us. And, while RRECS is a pain in the rear, the carrier can get credit for a lot they couldn't before.
