Mooncat is growing, slowly in amount. In comparison to ILNP their formula is thicker, and on myself dries faster ILNP. For me ILNP applies thinly, but typically requires a coat or two extra. I don't own any Mooncat that needs a third coat. Even Dragon Scales, which is a glittery flakie is a 2 coat for me.

I want to like Essie polish. I really do. However, either I'm doing something wrong or Essie is the worst quality polish I have ever used.
