Tried both methods together, did the first process with deleting appcache and skyrim prefs and shutting down PC thrice. Still the same issue. [UPDATE] : Sometimes it gets further, sometimes it crashes AFTER Bethesda logo and once it even got in the main menu but crashed instantly.
