Prof. Koeneke is very engaging and passionate about what he teaches. Very ell-planned and organized lectures. There's lot of reading and essays, but his feedback makes it clear what he wants. He loves focusing on primary sources rather than secondary, so emphasizing primary sources on essays is a big plus with him.

David is good professor for the CS161 but not really the best teaching Discrete math. I had to drop the course with him and take it with another professor. I was not able to understand the material with him but with the other professor I understood it with ease and received two A's for DS1 and DS2. If possible take with other prof. Great guy though

Professor Kim truly cares about his students. His tests are fair, his homework isn't overwhelming and his midterm and final was littered with multiple choice. Out of my 3 years at PSU I have never disliked a professor this much. The workload each week is crazy. He assigns 5 lecture videos you are required to watch, weekly quizzes, concept clips, and 2 homework assignments. He expects you to use excel to show all of your calculations and wants you to do things his way even if you don't learn this way. Bagley is an awesome professor who just wants to make sure that you take something critical out of the class. Assignments weren't difficult but made you think critically. Its a great class for people just starting out in the communication major. He has awesome content that's both interesting and entertaining.
