Of course, this makes zero sense if your room is too big for the maximum size the Quest 3 allows for the boundary. In other words, my room is about double the length of the biggest boundary allowed. I had the same few days ago, just hold down the powerbutton and turn off the oculus, wait a couple of seconds and start it again solved it for me. you can also just hold down the power button till you see the "restart / power off" dialog, then choose restart. after the restart, this weird bug is gone.
