I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach a tech support rep over the phone. Once I got someone they told me the tradestation trading app store was partially down and to check back in a few days. This would never in a million years happen at Thinkorswim. And this is another reason I'm finding tradestation to be laughable, flimsy and cheap.
