Go to main league home page with schedule/standings and there should be a drop down menu with the YEAR to see older stuff. Your commish may need to set the league history if it isn't there. there should be a drop down list on top of 'matchups' on your leagues home page that says 2017. choose 2016.

You need to be apart of the league to be able to access the information OR you need to have the league id and game id. I've scraped all league history for the main league that my friends and I are in, but by creating a loop with every league year's id and game id. If you don't have the game id info, you can pull that from Yahoo for each season.
