I don't mean there is residual water inside the drum, there isn't. Just the clothes are still wet and had to be wrung dry by hand. I would say close to soaking wet. GE dryer- clothes still wet on sense drying, but dry on timed. This only happens on sensed drying. Timed drying works fine.
