The decks themselves are fairly underwhelming, it's the power of the commanders that stands the test of time. The Ur-Dragon deck for example has an average cmc of 4.3 with a terrible land base. A lot of 'modern' precons would win many games before they could even cobble together enough to cast one dragon.
