Bosch 3323 is another. Both filters are made by Champion Labs and have the new media. Both are fine for the 1300. Bosch is about $6...M1 is around $11. The only way to either drain or re-fill inverted (VTX 1800) forks is through the large cap at the top. It can get stuck pretty easily so you want to be sure you use a box end wrench or you'll likely round the corners and then really have a problem. Somtimes a little heat is also necessary to get them to release.

The 2006 Honda VTX1300C is a great bike. This is my first "big" bike. I wasn't sure that a 1300cc was a bike that was too powerful for a novice rider. The roll on power is impressive to say the least. It definitely has enough "zip" to get out of trouble or around another vehicle in a hurry. The braking is great.
