Hopefully that makes sense. My best suggestion is to lay down while wearing the quest, look sideways adjacent to the ground, and roll your controller on the ground until it goes as low as possible. I had the same issue and that fixed it for me. I clear my guardian history anytime I have issues like that.

almost everytime I put my headset on my quest 3 is saying "boundary not found" and I have to create a new one, or if I go to a different floor of the house it doesn't let me bring my oculus menu with me, the menu get stuck on the floor I was at prior and I have to reset the headset in order to use the headset on a different floor, very annoying.
Then either Nvidia driver or Quest update broke something and I could only play like 10-15 minutes and everything froze up. I was really optimistic about Steam Link, but the audio didn't work. Followed all the directions here and Oculus, couldn't get it to work. Finally uninstalled HL:A, Steam, all the audio devices I didn't need.
