Heya all Newb question as ive heard a few mixed and scary things about challenges The main thing I have heard or read, is that when you start a challenge...your MAIN GAME is reset forever back to as if you started the game over... loss of all items and progress other than what you unlocked in the challenge.. can this really be true??

But I meant sadistic challenges and when I first switched I immediately did all basics, all no augs, all 100L, all no rebirth and the first troll just to take a look. In total that netted me about 6bn exp (other than troll 7 and no rebirth there are no "special" rewards for sad challenges, just exp and AP, but the exp is very handy).
