357 ammo of any kind won’t chamber in a 350 Legend. Hand loading .357 or .358 bullets in a 350 legend would be real bad. Yours apparently has different chamber dimensions than mine. Rounds loaded with .357" or .358" bullets will fit the chamber with a couple thousandths to spare; the issue is the small throat diameter.

Yes I reload the 350 Legend for hunting & target shooting. I also use the H110 & Lil-Gun powders in fact I have worked up a load that I get great accuracy with the Hornady 170gr SP. It's 26.0gr of H110 using CCI SR primers. For short range hunting I use the 9mm HP. For target shooting I use heavy gr. 9mm but they don't fly very well past 100yds.The .350 Legend is a new cartridge designed for use in Modern Sporting Rifles and deer hunting in states that require a shotgun slug gun or a rifle with a short, straight wall cartridge. Yes, you can. Small rifle magnum primers, like the CCI 450, will certainly work in the 350 Legend cartridge. If you usually use a regular small rifle primer, we recommend not going straight to a max load after you make the switch. Work up loads safely like you otherwise would, but the magnum primer shouldn’t be an issue.
