Health insurance was average. Cons. This review is for Nemeth Counseling, who is now LifeStance. This review is for them because the former owner is still involved as is the CEO. As long as these people are working for, representing, or a part of this company, there will be high turnover.Flexible schedule, make my own schedule, good health insurance, wonderful superviser that is helpful and does not micromanage, leadership is helpful and gives guidance when needed.Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions. LifeStance seems to be acquiring before they have a game plan on how to manage new acquisitions.
