Kenworth t680 bunk heater not working.
Jan 11, 2011 · I have just replaced my heater control valve in the bunk of my KW. If anyone has done this they will find out that the new style of valve just has a big o-ring that you put on the heater core line that hooks to the valve and you slide a c- clip in to hold it in place.

All of the fuses and relays are good. Has 12 volts to the plug but as soon as you put any type of load onto the circuit the voltage goes away. The ground is good and the wiring from the turnstalk module to the pump is good. Tried a new turnstalk module, turnstalk, and wiper motor.
Wiper motor not working on Kenworth T680. We have a 2018 KW T680 and the windshield washer motor is not working. We have tried checking fuses and can not find any fuse related to washer fluid motor. The connector has continuity but no power. Changed out the switch by the steering wheel and still no power. Tested motor and motor still works.

When I turn the bunk heater on it blows cold air, no smoke seems to be coming out of the exhaust for the bunk heater. I tried turning it off, and back on a couple of times didn't work. I think the problem might be the fuse or just resetting the bunk heater, although can't find the switch (got older version).
