If you're interested in junk right now, I'd be looking at BBB-B CLOs. JBBB is currently offering a substantial yield comparatively to junk bonds. I would not be looking at hyg at all right now. IMHO the best value is in the BBB segment of the market at the moment with ~3% spreads and far lower risk of default in a downturn.
