Tim Dillon is the funniest comedian alive, and it isn't even close. I think part of what makes Tim so funny is that everything seems off the cuff. His podcast rants don't feel prewritten at all, so it seems much more natural and relatable, but still so funny. In fact, I would argue most of his prewritten stuff is the least funny stuff he's done.
