I have a 43x MOS with T1C holster and I think the retention is on the rail/trigger guard. I have a Tier 1 Xiphos Elite. It works with the PSA slide and a Holosun 407k without needing any modification. I have also found that the Micro Dagger magazines also fit in a mag carrier made for stock mags.
