I am not at all sure what will have to be done, but before I did anything I would siphon it all out and go from there.

But I went with a new Suncoast 5r110 with alot of extras, upgraded converter, a few billet parts and external filter etc. for $5800+$1300 for the install. $500 for shipping was included in that price, $250 each way. You can plug the hole in your intake and re route the line from the oil fill out of the engine bay under the truck. I read a post that said the ford coolant caused silicates to settle in the oil cooler. I have a 2003 6.0 with 188,000 mi of hard towing with no problem with the oil cooler.
