The Fraze Is A Wonderful Concert Venue! The Fraze Pavilion, located in Lincoln Park, in Dayton, Ohio, is an absolutely wonderful outdoor concert venue. Large enough to draw in both contemporary and classic acts, yet small enough to seem intimate in environment, the Fraze is one of the most wonderful concert experiences you could ever have.
