ANSWER Hello Exocet. It appears from the wiring diagram that this unit has a separate valve for the softener dispense. It is either stopping up or it isn't opening fully. If you have removed the dispense drawer and did not see any obstructions in or around the holes above the softener area, it is probably the water valve at fault.
