I have absolutely no knowledge of ElvUI or TukUI, but the name of the thing you are probably looking for is "Indicators" within the unit/raid frame settings. Within there is probably something which will let you know "indicate" by way of a symbol or some such whether someone is tank, healer, melee or ranged.You can just go to custom texts under the player frame and make one.
