A year later late but I recently finished Iceborne and main DBs and recently had got the Fatalis Dual Skies and this is accurate towards the build I'd stack of max secret Agi, Crit boost, Crit Eye x7 on a 4pc Fatalis B set for tons of decos and free access of +100 health/stam, it's such a fun late game weapon to destroy monsters with raw dmg peaking 630 with fortify x2
