Even if you max out grit and agility and gear up for as much stamina as possible you barely have more than a noob character. How is farming in there possible without one. I've never had much issue. Sure, 1/4 of my bar is corruption when I'm done with a run, but that's not effecting survivability. I set up camp w/ a maproom just outside of one of the exits. It's got a well for water refills and a dancer. Many other things too but these were the essentials.
