Mainly because I neglected the defense before but after I installed this mod (I install it probably on 70th hour) the attacks kicked it, and I have to fight it here and there wake-a-mole game and fix damn rails.

If you like seeds like this there is a cool mod called "island with mainland". It makes the world basically into a big island with a fair amount of ore in a donut of water surrounded by mainland.
