Values from 0 to 40 aren’t worth it because you only gain 1% of resistance per 10 resilience. Values from 50 to 100 add about 6% damage resistance per tier. Conclusion: Aim for 50 or more or don’t even ... You want 100 Resilience for sure, and then ideally 100 recovery and discipline but just get them as high as you can. You do that by using the discipline ghost mod to guarantee discipline and then the other spikes hopefully go to res and rec. Do NOT use a res or rec ghost mod. Recov, as resil is cheaper in armour mods.
