CSPERN is a legit system, CSERN is not. The CT Statewide P25 system is called Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network (CLMRN). CSPERN is not part of the Statewide Trunk System, but is a stand alone analog 800MHz system. There is no way to be sure of where beyond a local site where you may hear something. You can hear stuff on a site for a high percentage of the time but if there is no one affiliated to that TG at the site you are monitoring, if is likely it will not be heard.

It got even worse when they switched to Phase II.
