Hi Everyone, Make a little bit of a mistake this week. Instead of using the typical flight booking websites I usually use, I used trip adviser. Being trip adviser I trusted the travel companies that came up in the results. Subsequently, the return ticket was canceled by the airline. Despite the airline's assurance of a refund if booked directly, BudgetAir.co.uk insisted I contact the airline. After persistent attempts to reach BudgetAir.co.uk since 2020, they continuously delayed and provided different reasons.

Poor customer service. Booking was flawless. Outbound flight had no issues. Inbound flight was hell..prevented to board a flight due to a 5 minute excess in transit time for the next flight.
