I was running 23-4 for a while, but went back to the one everyone else is mentioning which is the last story mission. Just running it over and over. With the 3x XP its nice you get 71,400XP per run, and 23-4 you only get 64,200XP. You will mostly just get green gems since there is an equal chance to get 77 green but the most common is just 1 green drop.
