Wanted to check out the 10.2 PTR with my rare free time tonight but all the servers are showing incompatible. Tonight was the first time I installed this particular PTR but I tried everything I could think of. I did a scan and repair, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the PTR, nothing worked. Not having any problems with the live version of the game or the 10.1.7 PTR I kept restarting battle.net and that didn't work. Finally, I launched battle.net with 'Run as Administrator' and it made me do another update, then it worked. They won’t kick you out of the game but you’ll need to update before you can log in again. You should just be able to restart your client to pick up the update.
