I don't think 10 speed QBs work as good as most people think. A 10 speed RB/WR is still MUCH faster than a 10 speed QB. I once got one using Talent Spotter and kept him for years. Hell, I might even be inclined to say that a 9 speed DB seems faster than a 10 speed QB.
