I believe they use Yuasa batteries. If it’s lead acid, the battery tender is fine. If by chance it is a lithium ion battery, you need a tender that is compatible with lithium ion. Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring.
